M​​other's Weekend 2013



Here at Alpha Phi Chapter, we believe in giving back to our community. Every Brother is required to complete a certain amount of community service and philanthropy each semester, though most far surpass that mark. As a Chapter, we hold our annual Trick or Treat with the Greeks and Easter Egg Hunt benefitting the underprivileged children of Athens. Our spring philanthropy, Fireman’s Challenge, helps raise money for the local firefighters keeping their gear fully up-to-date and helping them save lives.

Brothers can also be found in various service clubs throughout campus, including UGA HEROs, which helps to improve quality of life for children with AIDs, Relay for Life, UGA Miracle and Lion’s Club.
